What Is Included in the Trial
The 7-day free trial gives you full access to all features. This includes 300 AI responses, auto-sync from Google Business Profile, approval workflows, AI Insights, custom prompts per star rating, and team collaboration. There are no feature restrictions during the trial period.
Starting Your Trial
- Create your ResponseIQ account using email/password or Google OAuth.
- Connect your Google Business Profile.
- Select the locations you want to manage — each starts with its own 7-day trial.
- Your trial begins immediately and reviews start syncing within minutes.
Note
A credit card is required at signup to start your trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
When your 7-day trial ends, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue. If you do not subscribe:
- AI response generation is paused — new reviews will not receive AI-drafted responses.
- Review syncing from Google is paused.
- Your account remains accessible — you can view all historical reviews, responses, and analytics.
- Existing pending responses can still be approved and published.
- You can subscribe at any time to reactivate all features.
