7-Day Free Trial
Every new signup starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all features including 300 AI responses, approval workflows, and AI Insights. A credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged during the trial period.
Note
When your trial ends, you can subscribe to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account remains accessible but AI response generation and review syncing are paused until you activate a subscription.
Founding Member Pricing
The first 20 paying customers lock in a discounted founding member rate of $24.99 per month per location (or $249.99 per year). This price never increases as long as your subscription remains active. Founding members receive all the same features as standard subscribers.

Understanding Per-Location Billing
ResponseIQ is billed per location. Each connected Google Business Profile location requires its own subscription. For example, if you manage three locations, your monthly cost would be $49.99 multiplied by 3, totaling $149.97 per month. This ensures each location gets its full quota of 300 AI responses.

Annual Savings
The plan offers a 17% discount when billed annually — $499.99 per year per location instead of $599.88 at the monthly rate. Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year. Founding members receive annual billing at $249.99 per year per location.

Start with monthly billing during your first month to confirm ResponseIQ fits your workflow, then switch to annual billing from Settings > Billing to lock in the savings.
How to Subscribe
- Log in to your ResponseIQ dashboard and navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click "Subscribe" next to the location you want to activate.
- Choose monthly or annual billing.
- Enter your payment details. ResponseIQ accepts all major credit cards.
- Click "Subscribe" to activate your plan immediately.
- Your quota begins on the date of subscription and resets monthly from that date.
