Daily Review Digest

The Daily Review Digest is sent every day at 9:00 AM in your timezone. It includes a summary of all new reviews received and AI responses generated in the last 24 hours.

You'll only receive this email on days when there was review activity. If no new reviews came in, no email is sent.

• New reviews received, grouped by location
• Each reviewer's name, star rating, and review snippet
• The AI-generated response for each review
• Response status: pending approval, approved, or published
• Total review and response counts across all locations

Weekly Performance Report

The Weekly Performance Report is sent every Monday at 9:00 AM in your timezone. It provides a comprehensive overview of your review performance over the past 7 days, with comparisons to the previous week.

This email is sent every week, even if there was no new activity, so you always have visibility into your review management.

• New reviews this week vs. last week (with trend indicator)
• AI responses generated and published counts
• Average star rating with week-over-week trend
• Response rate percentage
• Time saved and money saved estimates
• Per-location breakdown table

When Are Emails Sent?

Both emails are sent at 9:00 AM in your local timezone. You can set your timezone in Settings > Language & Timezone.

Managing Your Email Preferences

1. Go to Settings from the sidebar menu
2. Scroll to the Email Notification Preferences section
3. Toggle 'Daily review digest' on or off
4. Toggle 'Weekly performance report' on or off
5. Click Save to update your preferences

You can also unsubscribe directly from any email using the 'Manage email preferences' link in the email footer.
