Changing Your Billing Cycle

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Switching to annual saves 17%. Changes are prorated and handled automatically through Stripe.
How to Change Your Billing Cycle
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Find the location you want to change and click "Change Billing Cycle".
- Select your preferred billing period (monthly or annual).
- Review the prorated amount shown. Stripe automatically calculates any credits or charges.
- Confirm the change. The new billing cycle takes effect immediately.
Switching to Annual
When switching from monthly to annual billing, Stripe credits the unused portion of your current monthly payment and charges the annual rate. The savings are applied immediately. Your 300 AI response quota continues uninterrupted.
Switching to Monthly
When switching from annual to monthly billing, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period. You will not lose any prepaid time. After the annual period ends, you will be billed monthly at the standard rate.
Note
Founding members who switch billing cycles retain their founding member pricing on both monthly and annual plans.
