How do I become a founding member?

Founding member status is automatically applied to the first 20 customers who subscribe after their free trial. You do not need to apply or use a coupon code — the system tracks how many founding member spots are taken and applies the discounted rate automatically at checkout.

How many spots are left?

The number of remaining founding member spots is displayed on the pricing page. Once all 20 spots are filled, founding member pricing is no longer available to new customers.

Will my founding member price ever increase?

No. Your founding member rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. Even if ResponseIQ raises its standard pricing in the future, your rate stays the same. The only way to lose founding member pricing is to cancel your subscription entirely.

Does founding member pricing apply to all my locations?

Yes. Once you are a founding member, every location you add to your account receives the founding member rate. Whether you have one location or nine, each one is billed at $24.99 per month (or $249.99 per year).

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing as a founding member?

Yes. Founding members can switch between monthly ($24.99/mo) and annual ($249.99/yr) billing at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Both options reflect the founding member discount.

Do founding members get the same features?

Absolutely. Founding members receive the exact same features as standard subscribers — 300 AI responses per location per month, approval workflows, AI Insights, team collaboration, and everything else. The only difference is the price.
